Ken Jaray has intertwined the practice of law and mediation for over twenty-four years. He was the founder and initial Director of The Neighborhood Justice Center, Family Mediation Associates and the Center for Conflict Resolution. He has been a mediator with the Office of Dispute Resolution since 1996. He has been active on the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and El Paso County Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committees and a former member of the Board of Directors of the American Judicature Society. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association and the Fourth Judicial Nominating Commission. In addition to his work as a mediator, he maintains an active personal injury and workers compensation law practice.
