Michelle McKenna has mediated over 1500 family, criminal, civil, and community cases. She has over 300 hours of mediation training in areas ranging from divorce to hostage negotiation.  Michelle originally joined ODR as a mediator in September, 2001.  In October, 2006, Michelle became the ODR Program Administrator for the 4^th Judicial District.  Prior to joining ODR, Michelle worked as a mediator for the District Attorney, where she focused on bringing mediation to schools and to law enforcement. Previous to her tenure with the District Attorney and ODR, Michelle served as an officer in the Army, with jobs that included paratrooper, peacekeeper, and cavalry support troop commander. She is a graduate of Georgetown and Duke Universities, and grew up in Colorado Springs.
