How to make your appointment: Please check your calendar. The day you pick should be at least two weeks away. Check with the court and complete the JDF 1122 & JDF1123, Notice to Set Contested Hearing Date (after mediation session) or, Notice to Set a Non-Contested Permanent Order Hearing. These forms are available in Microsoft Word format or PDF format on this Colorado Courts website page. Use FCF 1015, Notice to Set for Uncontested Final Order Hearing (ProSe) for Division R, V, X, and Y. Call in accordance with the following schedule:
Mail a copy of the JDF 1107 or JDF 1114 to the other party by certified mail. Fill in the certificate of mailing at the bottom of the form showing you have mailed the copy. Make a copy of this notice for your file. Follow the instructions and file the Notice to Set with the court (Room 105). When the day and time you have selected for making the appointment arrives, call the Division you have been assigned to. Please call once, leave your name and telephone number and we will return your call. The phone numbers for the Divisions are listed above. When you have received your hearing date, you are ready to fill out and file the JDF 1108, Notice of Hearing form. |
